Background to the Club

 Club Objectives

Mold Model Engineering Society [aka MMES] is one of three clubs in North Wales that cater for the interests of the model engineer, the other two being the North Wales Society at Llandudno and the Wrexham Society.

The principal objectives of the club are first to provide an active forum for those individuals interested in the construction and running of all types of working engineering models. The second objective is to provide a facility where locomotives in  3½ and 5 inches gauges, with the necessary current certification, may be run.
